This year marks an incredible milestone for WFC as we celebrate 150 years of rugby, community, and friendship. To mark the occasion, we’re inviting all members, families, friends, and supporters to join us for a special Family Day celebration on Saturday 6th September 2025.
Whether you’re a long-time club member or simply looking for a great afternoon out with the family, we’ve got something for everyone.

WHAT'S ON?
We’ve lined up an afternoon packed with fun activities, great food, and, of course, top-class rugby:
Outside the Pavilion (from 12pm):
- Sizzling BBQ
- Inflatable Disco Dome
- Face Painter
- Passing Target Net
- Kit Stall
- Raffle - fantastic prizes up for grabs including 4 tickets to Scotland v USA (1st November) kindly donated by Arnold Clark, a Taylor's Snacks Goodie Hamper, a Nairns Oatcakes Hamper
- Scotland Women v Canada RWC Match - LIVE! in the Clubhouse
Across the Road (from ~2:30pm):
- Ice Cream Van
- Coffee Van
- Pitch-side Bar
And that’s not all — after the festivities, stick around as our Men’s 1XV take on Glasgow Hawks at 3pm in what promises to be an exciting fixture (get tickets here!)
A day for all ages
WFC Family Day is about bringing our entire rugby family together — players, parents, kids, and supporters — to celebrate everything that makes this club so special. Whether you’re here for the rugby, the social, or the bouncy castle, you’ll be part of a day to remember.
No Tickets Needed – Just Come Along!
There’s no need to book tickets in advance — simply bring your friends, bring the family, and enjoy the afternoon with us. We’ll have donation buckets and raffle tickets available on the day to help raise funds for club activities.
