WFC hope to run a social third XV this season in addition to the Super6 and Club XV and second XV, but to do so we need more players.

Aly Campbell, the club legend, who is working hard to get a thirds out in 2019/20, said: “Last season we managed a couple of fixtures, with more players we could play more games. The focus of the third team is very much on social rugby with ‘training’ optional - we do play ‘touch’ rugby on a Thursday evening if anyone is keen."

“All levels of skill, age and experience are welcome… and some sort of enthusiasm helps."

“Commitment is as much as you are able to give, hopefully a few Saturday afternoons a season with a couple of beers in the clubhouse afterwards with home games played at Myreside. Games are scheduled from now onwards.”
