Lawrie to re-join Edinburgh Rugby as Assistant Forwards Coach.

Edinburgh Rugby have today confirmed that current WFC Head Coach Steve Lawrie will join their coaching team as Assistant Forwards Coach in the summer. Steve joined the club from Heriots and has enjoyed two great seasons at the helm - making big changes both on and off the pitch and was instrumental in the clubs bid for Super 6.

Since the initial approach by Edinburgh, the club have fully supported Steve throughout the process as we recognise the opportunity it provides him to push on with his coaching career. Steve is a great example to all aspiring coaches within Scottish Club Rugby - proving that there is a pathway for those who wish to fulfill their ambition of coaching within the Professional game.
